I’m Brenda Bautista, founder of Brenda Bautista Consulting, where my team and I help immigration law firms and entrepreneurs operate more efficiently while ensuring clients receive the care and precision they deserve.

With over 15 years of global, cross-border experience in legal and project management roles—at Baker McKenzie, in the private sector, and with international NGOs—I’ve gained deep insight into the economic, political, and security factors shaping migration and the challenges families and businesses face when building new lives abroad.

I hold a BA in Economics and Political Science from Denison University (USA) and an MBA from the University of Bradford (UK), bringing analytical rigor and cross-cultural understanding to every client engagement.

Throughout my career, I have witnessed the barriers families and entrepreneurs encounter navigating immigration systems. I founded Brenda Bautista Consulting to help law firms and business owners reduce operational burdens while maintaining a client-centered approach rooted in dignity and respect.
